Baldur’s Gate 3: Where is Dammon the Infernal Mechanic (Act 1, 2, & 3)

Dammon is a Tiefling smith in Baldur’s Gate 3, and he plays a very important role in Karlach’s companion quest, The Hellion’s Heart. Indeed, players will need to visit Dammon several times as they work through this questline, though his position does not remain consistent throughout the entirety of the game. This location change may leave some fans struggling to find the infernal mechanic at certain points in their journeys, and this guide details where to look for him in Acts 1, 2, and 3 of Baldur’s Gate 3.

Note that there are several points at which Dammon can be killed, and that will obviously prevent him from appearing in subsequent Acts. Karlach is a fan favorite in Baldur’s Gate 3 and while completing her story quest, you will need to go around and collect some Infernal Iron, then proceed to give it to a special smith. Dammon is the only one who gives Karlach the opportunity to control her blazing hot engine, so make sure to locate him in all three Acts.

Baldur’s Gate 3: Dammon Location (Act 1)

Players can initially find Dammon at X:178 Y:563 in the Hollow, an area that is adjacent to the Emerald Grove. Notably, fans that want to complete Karlach’s questline should make sure to kill the goblin leaders in Baldur’s Gate 3, as the infernal mechanic may not make it to his next location if they are left alive.

Baldur’s Gate 3: Dammon Location (Act 2)

If Dammon survived Act 1, players can find him in the stables at the Last Light Inn (X:-33 Y:165). Fans will be led directly to the inn as they explore the Shadow-Cursed Lands, and they should work to keep this location safe.
