A tourist from Britain has claimed the first official sighting of “Nessie” The Loch Ness Monster recently. The sighting was captured in a photograph by a family on holiday. Keep reading for more information about the alleged sighting below.

The first official sighting of the Loch Ness Monster of 2024 has been captured by a family on holiday.

The Official Loch Ness Monster Sightings Register says Parry and Hannah Malm’s sighting is “compelling new evidence” of the beast. The photo shows an unknown creature near Urquhart Castle – a favourite haunt of Nessie. The couple and their two kids were first-time visitors to the loch.

Parry said: “Shannon spotted the black head of an animal bobbing up and down. I was a total sceptic before – but now I think there must be something there.”

This year is the 90th anniversary of the first organized search for The Loch Ness Monster.
