How To Use The Might Of The Ancient Symphony In Genshin Impact

The Might of the Ancient Symphony in Genshin Impact has two versions; Tap/Press and Hold. Tap/Press to stop an object, and Hold to move them. Players can activate this ability by switching their normal Elemental Skill into The Might of the Ancient Symphony (press T on PC). The following puzzles can be solved with this ability:

• Lost Grimoire & Mysterious Bookshelf
• Autoharmonic Reed Pipes
• Dragonborn-Suppressing Shackles
• Washer Octopus
• Resonant Anemone
• Wonderchime Flowers & Allochromatic Anemones
• Auric Anglerfish
• Swaying Eels in the Coral Reefs

Here’s a simple explanation of how each puzzle work.

Lost Grimoire & Mysterious Bookshelf

Tap to stop a book from flying, allowing it to be picked up. Next, return the tome to a Mysterious Bookshelf. Once restored to the shelf, Hold to move the books apart, revealing the path behind the bookshelf.

Autoharmonic Reed Pipes

Find a note symbol nearby, then Hold to move the soundboard until it points to the correct note.

Dragonborn-Suppressing Shackles

Hold to remove the binds, but only after the prerequisite task in the area is completed.

Washer Octopus

Tap to stop the orange Washer Octopus from moving. Meanwhile, Blue Octopus usually comes with its own mini-puzzle and can’t interact with the Might of the Ancient Symphony.

Resonant Anemone

Tap to stop the nearby orange Washer Octopus. If the Resonant Anemone is in the vicinity of the Octopus’ AoE, then they’ll start swaying.

Wonderchime Flowers & Allochromatic Anemones

Hold to rotate the Allochromatic Anemone until it faces a nearby Washer Octopus. If there’s no Octopus nearby, then players must find the animal instead. Meanwhile, the Wonderchime Flower has no direct interaction and instead sways when the Allochromatic Anemone is in the correct position.

Auric Anglerfish

Sneak behind it (no need to do it slowly, as long as you’re swimming from behind), then Tap to stop the robot fish in its place. Then, swim to the mouth and claim the Genshin Impact Chest inside.

Swaying Eels in the Coral Reefs

Hold to cause the Eels to pop out, then Tap when all Eels are out to stop them from moving. Once all Swaying Eels are out of the Coral Reefs, you’ll get your reward.
