Since 2022, God of War Ragnarok has never been far from fans’ minds as they either replay the epic father and son Adventure again (and again) or daydream about just how well Santa Monica Studio treated players to yet another stunning game. We have yet to hear what the developers are up to next, although there might be a sequel in the works, we can be guaranteed it’ll be something just as special.

But, in the meantime, if you’ve been missing Kratos and his antics and love nothing more than watching some stellar God of War edits, you might want to sit down for this one, as Sid from Ice Age makes his grand appearance in the game in possibly one of the best crossovers to exist.

From the brilliant mind behind the hilarious edits that include Frank Reynolds in The Last of Us and The Dictator in Cyberpunk 2077, YouTube creator eli_handle_b.wav has done it once again with an incredible God of War edit that stars none other than the cute yet frustrated ground sloth from Ice Age.

I bet that wasn’t on your bingo card, huh? Nevertheless, the brilliant edit not only adds five-star humor, but Sid also manages to offer the big tough Kratos some advice in the process. We see the excitable sloth try and call the giant serpent Jörmungandr a “worm” before taking a stroll with Kratos and Atreus on their journey up the mountain. Sid then helps the two-some in a battle by taking out a handful of enemies with a huge stem of broccoli. But probably my favorite part is when he sits down with Kratos to offer him some words of wisdom by saying, “You need to let go of the past, so you can have a future”. Never truer words were spoken by that of a sloth.

We also see Sid getting into a snowball fight with Kratos which, of course, pisses the always annoyed God off more than usual, but at least Atreus gets a little break from his wrath for once.
