First launched in 2020, the Quest 2 is no longer the tippy-top of the VR mountain but it’s still a very capable piece of hardware. In fact, I use one myself because when the Quest 3 launched, the price of the Quest 2 dropped so much that it became a bargain.

Most VR games that come out for the Quest 3 are perfectly playable for the Quest 2 as well. Just recently, for example, I reviewed Swarm 2 on the Quest 2. And of course there are heaps of critically acclaimed titles to play, from Beat Saber to Asgard’s Wrath 2.
