Banjo-Kazooie and Spyro the Dragon haven’t had brand new entries in years. Because of this, some developers have attempted to bring back the Nintendo 64/PlayStation 1 era of 3D collect-a-thon platformers by creating spiritual successors. One example of this was Yooka-Laylee.
Well, another example of this is on the way, and it is releasing much sooner than you may think. A Nintendo 64-inspired 3D platformer called Cavern of Dreams will be coming to the Nintendo Switch on February 29th. The game was originally released on PC via Steam in October of last year.
