You are tasked with locating and returning all 15 Silverwing eggs to their nest, all scattered across the vast expanse of the Temple of the Gales. How To Initiate The Silverwing Egg Hunt
After completing the Echoes Of The Unknown and Look To The Sky quests, Zeki – the owner of the secret Underground black market – will ask you to meet him at the Temple of the Gales. This can be found inside the Windy Ruins, located in the southeast corner of Bahari Bay. Caleri, Elouisa, and Zeki will meet you there. Speak to them about their theories and help open the flow gates to transport them to the temple.
You will be given three quests in the It Takes A Village series and an additional Silver-Winging It quest. This will send you and your character on a wild goose chase to find the blue eggs scattered around the windy temple. There are a total of 15 eggs belonging to a rare bird species called Silverwings. Your character must retrieve at least 10 eggs and return them to the nest where they belong to complete the quest and progress in the story.
Silverwing Egg Locations
Egg #1
The first egg is located next to the nest on the left. You won’t miss it.
Egg #2
From there, turn around and make your way around the island to the right. Walk down the sloped ruins and retrieve the egg on the left edge.
Egg #3
Walk north from the second egg location and climb up the stone walls until you see the golden door. The egg is on top of the broken pillar.
Egg #4
Go north towards the broken arch. Climb onto it and go as far up into the curve as you can. Jump and glide towards the floating island with the large juniper tree. The egg can be found beside the tree.

While there are countless spots to cast a line in Palia, a few of them stand out. These are the best locations for fishing in the game.
Egg #5
Next, turn around and glide back towards the island going south. Follow the narrow edge and climb up the rocky cliff. Cross the short bridge and begin climbing up the vines and the walls. Make your way across the grated bridge, turn right, and take two air streams to find the egg nestled on top.
Egg #6
Now you’ll travel to the northern island. Glide and take a series of air streams to get there. You’ll soon find yourself at another grated wall. Climb up and find the sixth egg, hidden on the left.
Egg #7
Face northwest and take the air stream up to the bridge. There is another floating island. Land there and peer over the edge at the northern point. The egg can be found there. Be careful not to fall and lose your progress!
Egg #8
Climb back up and take the air streams back to the island going south, then climb up the rocky wall. You’ll find yet another grated wall. Take it upwards, and you’ll be in a good position to start gliding through the air streams. The trick is to let the streams carry you, rather than moving your character forward. After three streams, you’ll find a floating island with the eighth egg.

Face southwest and drop down a level to the island with the wind turbine and an orange tree. The egg can be found here.
Egg #10
Turn northeast from this location and glide back to the larger island. Walk towards the location of the portal and take the grated wall on your left. Before going all the way up, stop on the left ledge and collect the tenth egg.
Palia: Best Locations For Mining
Players should keep the following locations in mind while exploring Palia’s map to net some valuable ore.
Egg #11
Climb up from here and make your way to the southern islands, making sure to avoid any downward streams. Cross the bridge and return to the place where the egg hunt began – at the nest with Zeki, Caleri, and Elouisa. Don’t stop there! Continue going south and take the air streams through the floating rock walls. Then continue making your way south to the floating island with the waterfall. The egg can be found on the platform with the wind turbine.
Egg #12
Jump and glide across to the islands with the broken archways. Take the air stream up and climb up two sets of vines. Rather than taking the third set of vines, turn east and drop down to the sandy archway. The egg is hiding under this archway.
Egg #13
Turn south and take the stream up. Then face north and jump into the pond across the bridge. It will respawn your character in a better position to find the thirteenth egg. There will be another bridge taking you north. Instead of crossing it, walk about halfway through and turn left. There is an egg below on a ledge.
Egg #14
Take the vines back up and to the east, where you will find a grated wall. Climb up and follow the path across the broken bridge littered with leafy plants. Climb up again and across the grated bridge to your left. Take the grated wall once again until you see a small building. There is a treasure chest and a fishing pond inside, but the egg you are looking for is outside the building on the left.
Egg #15
The final egg is not far away! Turn around and make your way to the green patch northwest. The fifteenth egg is on the floating island with the large tree.

How To Return The Silverwing Eggs
After retrieving at least 10 Silverwing eggs, return them to the nest on the main island by gliding or teleporting. Approach the nest and interact with it to gently place the eggs there, one at a time. A treasure chest will appear with the rare fairy carp fish inside. Then, speak to Zeki. This will unlock a new set of streams that will take you to the final island to complete the quest.
On the final island, talk to Caleri and Elouisa about your findings. This can be done by reading the tomes that are scattered around the floating islands. They contain information about Silverwings and their behavior in the past. You must also catch flowbugs and cloudminnows in the Temple for their research. Then, search for a flowstone fragment and bring it to Zeki, so he can pick the lock on the door in front of him. Once it is open, solve the puzzle, and you will have completed the Temple of the Gales.
