Stardew Valley isn’t quite finished perfecting its cozy life sim world. This past week saw the release of Patch 1.6.4, and as usual, the devs crammed in plenty of new things to do and see in this pocket-sized universe.
Among the offerings with this update include 40 new mine layouts, the introduction of something called “fish frenzies,” an additional cutscenes, more fairy styles, and a few helpful quality-of-life improvements such as keeping flopping fish from flopping their way back into ponds.
Also there’s this: “Added two inappropriate names to the list to exclude from the name generator.” Many curious minds want to know what these two forbidden names are.
This follows the major Patch 1.6 which arrived on PC last month yet is still winding its way to console and mobile.
