Warframe isn’t content to let other online game studios hog the months of May and June to themselves. The scifi action RPG is planning a one-two punch of power and precision this spring, leading up to TennoCon 2024 and more info on Warframe: 1999 in July.
First up is the arrival of the Prime form of the Protea warframe, the dual daggers Okina Prime, and single-handed Velox Prime pistol on May 1st. Protea Prime has a lot of tricks up its metallic sleeves, but nothing quite as astounding as its ability to “rewind time itself.”
Then there’s the arrival of Jade Shadows, the next single-player quest, in June as a follow-up to The Second Dream storyline. This update “welcomes the return of one of Warframe’s most infamous legacy characters, the Stalker,” adds the Ascension mission type, and introduces the Belly of the Beast clan operation.
